摘 要:目的考察淫羊藿(Herba Ep im ed ii,HE)和三七(Rad ix Notoginseng,RN)乙醇提取物组合对大鼠的活血化瘀作用及对东莨菪碱造模智障小鼠被动回避的影响,为该组合物治疗老年性痴呆提供实验依据。方法大鼠连续ig HE和RN提取物组合(1,3.1g/kg)7d,采用试剂盒测定该组合物对大鼠血清凝血酶原时间(PT)、部分凝血活酶时间(KPTT)的影响,用下腔静脉结扎法考察其对大鼠下腔静脉血栓形成的影响。此外,采用相同剂量及给药方法考察了HE和RN提取物组合对东莨菪碱造模智障小鼠被动回避的影响。结果连续ig HE和RN提取物组合(1,3.1g/kg)可显著延长KPTT(P<0.05),而对PT没显著性影响(P>0.05);能显著预防下腔静脉血栓的形成(P<0.01);在活血化瘀作用剂量下HE和RN提取物组合对东莨菪碱造模小鼠被动回避没显著性影响(P>0.05)。结论HE和RN提取物组合具有显著的活血化瘀作用,但对东莨菪碱造模智障小鼠被动回避无显著影响。OBJECTIVE To investigate "Huoxuehuayu" (activating blood flow and removing blood stasis) effects of Herba Epimedii (HE) combined with Radix Notoginseng (RN) extracts in rats and the effects of the combination on passive avoidance of amnestic mice model induced by scopolamine. METHODS The PT and KFTT in rat blood serum were determined after the continuous 7-day administration of the extract combination (HE + RN 1, 3.1 g/kg), and the anti-thrombosis effect was observed in the inferior vena cava Ligature model by administration at the same dose of the extracts combination. In addition, it was investigated that the effects of the extracts combination on passive avoidance of the amnestic mice model induced by scopolamine. RESULTS The KPTT in rat blood serum was prolonged after continuous 7-day ig administration of the extracts combination (HE + RN 3.1 g/kg) (P 〈 0.05) and the PT could not be prolonged by administration in same way (P 〉 0.05). The extracts combination (HE + RN 1, 3.1 g/kg) showed significantly anti-thrombosis effect, however, the passive avoidance behavior of amnestic mice could not be improved at a dose of "Huoxuehuayu" effects (P 〉 0.05). CONCLUSION The extracts of HE combined with RN have "Huoxuehuayu" effects, but fail to improve passive avoidance behavior of amnestic mice induced by scopolamine.
