摘  要:目的从银杏叶中提取聚戊烯醇同系物并对其提取工艺进行优化。方法用正交试验法以聚戊烯醇得率为指标对提取工艺进行优化,经硅胶柱色谱纯化,用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定聚戊烯醇含量。结果银杏聚戊烯醇提取工艺的最佳条件为以用7倍体积石油醚索氏提取10 h。结论优选出银杏聚戊烯醇提取工艺,验证试验符合要求。OBJECTIVE To extract the polyprenol homologues from Ginkgo biloba leaves and optimize the separation process. METHODS The orthogonal test was used to optimize the experiment condition for obtaining more yield of polyprenols. Purified by silica gel chromatography, the content of lipids was mensurated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). RESULTS The optimum extraction condition method as follows: Ginkgo biloba leaves were extracted for 10 hours by adding 7 times volume petroleum ether according to Soxhlet-extraction method. CONCLUSION Optimum conditions of polyprenols extraction from Ginkgo biloba leaves were obtained.
