摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定松橄榄胶囊中尿苷的含量。方法使用D ikm a-C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5.0μm),0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液为流动相,流速1mL/m in;检测波长为262nm。结果此方法线性关系良好,平均回收率为100.5%,RSD=1.0%(n=9)。结论本方法可用于松橄榄胶囊的质量控制。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of uridine in Songganlan capsules. METHODS HPLC was used to determine uridine in Songganlan capsules on Dikma-C18 column（250mm×4.6mm, 5.0μm）. The mobile phase was 0.02% KH2PO4. The detaetion wavelength was 262nm. RESULTS The linearity of this method was well. The average recovery was 100.5% and the relative standard deviation was 1.0% （n = 9）. CONCLUSION The method can be used for quality conreol of Songganlan capsules.
