摘 要:采用将微孔磷酸铝前驱体负载在介孔SBA-15上的方法,在介孔分子筛孔道内引入了纳米尺寸的微孔磷酸铝结构单元,得到的介孔材料具有较高的比表面积和较大的孔径。该磷酸铝负载型催化剂在以邻苯二酚和甲醇为原料气相法一步合成愈创木酚反应上表现了较高的活性和非常高的目的产物选择性,较好的催化性能一方面归因于作为活性中心的微孔磷酸铝前驱体,另一方面归因于介孔载体的高比表面积和大孔径。The preformed precursor of microporous aluminophosphate was supported on mesoporous SBA-15 by a simple coating method. The characterizations suggested that nano-scaled ALPO units were present in the meosporous wall. The obtained sample APS-SBA-15 maintained the mesostructures of SBA-15. APS-SBA-15 displayed relatively high activity of catechol and selectivity of guaiacol in the o-methylation of catechol with methanol to produce guaiacol, which is an important synthetic intermediate in fine chemical products. The preformed precursor of microporous aluminophosphate should be responsible for the high selectivity due to its weak acid-base sites coated. Depending on the high surface area and large pore size, APS-SBA-15 may provide fast diffusion of reactants and products.
