摘  要:采用气相超稳方法制备了一系列不同晶胞大小、不同稀土含量的稀土高硅分子筛HRY,再以稀土离子优化改性方法对其改性;采用XRD、XRF、DTA和IR等方法对改性前后的HRY进行表征。结果表明,与改性前HRY分子筛相比,结构优化改性后的稀土高硅分子筛RHRY具有更高的热稳定性、水热稳定性及酸性中心的稳定性。A series of ultra-stable Y zeolite samples (HRY) with different unit cell sizes and rare-earth contents were prepared by vapor phase method. Their structures were further modified and optimized by exchanging with RE^3+ again. The conventional HRY and the modified HRY (RHRY) were characterized by XRD, XRF, DTA and IR. The results showed that, in comparison with the conventional HRY, RHRY exhibited both of higher thermalstability and hydrothermal stability.
