摘  要:利用结构优化改性前后的分子筛作为活性组元制备出一系列催化剂,并通过重油微反及ACE—Model R^+固定流化床评价其催化裂化性能,并进行了比较。结果表明,采用气相超稳制备的分子筛再经稀土离子优化改性后,用其制成的催化剂的催化裂化反应的转化率显著提高,重油裂化能力明显增强,汽油中烯烃的含量大幅度降低。A series of cracking catalysts were prepared by conventional FCC catalyst preparation technology with the HRY and RHRY zeolites as active components, respectively. Their catalytic cracking performances were evaluated and compared in heavy oil microreactor and ACE-Model R+ fixed fluid bed reactor. The results showed that the heavy oil cracking capacity of catalysts was notably strengthened, in which RHRY was used as active component. The conversion of catalytic cracking reaction over this catalyst was increased. At the meanwhile, the content of gasoline olefin was greatly lowered.
