摘 要:采用HCl溶液对SAPO-11分子筛进行酸处理,并以改性后的分子筛为载体制备了Pt/SAPO-11催化剂。采用SEM、XRD、NHa-TPD和N2物理吸附等手段对该催化剂进行了表征,并考察了它在费托合成产物的转化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,酸处理使部分Al物种脱离骨架结构,B酸中心的数量有所下降。改性后的分子筛的外表面积有所增加,并且产生了一些中孔,改善了催化剂的传质性能,可减少二次裂化反应。在费托合成产物的转化反应中表现出很好的催化性能,异构产物的选择性明显提高。Pt/SAPO-11 catalysts were prepared by using the SAPO-11 molecular sieves modified by HC1 aqueous solution as the supports. The effect of acid treatment on SAPO-11 was studied by SEM, XRD, NHa-TPD, and N2 adsorption. The catalytic performance of modified Pt/SAPO-11 in the hydroconversion of F-T waxes was also investigated. It is revealed that the acid treatment of SAPO-11 led to an obvious dealumination and a decrease in the number of B acid sites. In addition, the acid-treatment resulted in an increase of the external surface area and the generation of some mesopore structures, which reduced the diffusion limitations and secondary cracking reaction. the catalysts showed high catalytic performance in the hydroconversion of F-T waxes. Meanwhile, the selectivity of the isomer products was much improved.
