摘 要:合成了掺杂不同Cr含量的Cr-MCM-41分子筛,采用XRD、FT—IR等手段对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了它们对正己醇催化氧化性能的影响。结果表明,掺杂适量的Cr,可使正己醇的转化率达到48%,正己酸的选择性达到83%。Cr的掺杂量、反应温度、催化剂用量等条件对该催化反应均有-定影响。适量杂原子的掺杂不会破坏MCM-41分子筛的结构。Mesoporous molecular sieves MCM-41 with different content of Cr were prepared, and the factors influencing the catalytic properties for n-hexanol oxidation to hexanoic acid were investigated. ;The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD and FT-IR. The experimental results indicated that 48% conversion of octadecanol and 83% selectivity of hexanoic acid over Cr-MCM-41 catalyst were achieved. The catalytic efficiency and selectivity of these Cr-MCM-41 catalysts were influenced by many factors, such as the amount of Cr doped, reaction temperature and the amount of catalysts employed, Ordered mesoporous structure of MCM-41 was well preserved when doped with appropriate amount of heteroatom.
