摘  要:在TEOS-TBAOH~C2H3OH—NaOH—H2O体系中低温合成悬浮态纳米ZSM—11沸石,并考察了原料配比和晶化时间对其粒径及结晶度的影响。采用XRD、FT—IR、N2吸附、动态光散射(DLS)粒度分析等方法对合成纳米ZSM—11沸石的结构、粒径、BET比表面积、孔容、孔径等物理化学性能进行了表征。X射线粉末衍射测定结果表明,该合成产物具有典型的ZSM—11骨架结构和纳米尺寸。红外光谱显示,所合成产物具有典型的ZSM—11型沸石分子筛的骨架振动,且其结晶度接近100%。粒度分布数据表明,合成的产物具有均一粒径,并且在原料中加入碱或乙醇能有效减小晶粒尺寸,合成出粒径在10nm以内的ZSM-11沸石。N2吸附结果表明,纳米ZSM-11沸石的BET比表面积远大于微米级ZSM-11沸石.Nanosized ZSM-11 zeolite was synthesized in TEOS-TBAOH-C2H5OH-NaOH-H2O system at low temperature. The effects of molar ratio of the raw materials and crystalline conditions on the synthesis of nanosized ZSM-11 zeolite were investigated in detail. XRD, FT-IR, N2 adsorption, dynamic light scattering (DLS) techniques were used to characterize the structure, particle size, BET surface area, pore volume, pore diameter and other physico-chemical properties of nanosized ZSM-11 zeolite. The X-ray powder diffraction patterns showed the typical ZSM-11 structural characteristics and nanosize. The FT-IR indicated that the samples had the typical vibration of ZSM-11 zeolite and the crystallinity of the product was close to 100%. The DLS data showed that the particle size distribution was mono-disperse. The particle size could be effectively diminished when NaOH or C2 H5OH was added into the raw materials and controlled in 10 nm. BET surface area of nanosized ZSM-11 zeolite was much larger than that of micron ZSM-11 zeolite.
