摘  要:搭建了可以发生不同浓度芥子气(HD)的QCM流动检测系统,芥子气浓度以气相色谱-火焰光度检测器(GC--FPD)法标定。以聚环氧氯丙烷(PECH)为敏感膜材料,建立了QCM法对芥子气样品进行定量检测的方法。探讨了膜厚度与响应频率之间的关系。在气体流速为300mL/min时,芥子气质量浓度在1.1~52.5mg/m^3内,有良好的线性关系,方法具有较好的准确性和精密度,相对标准偏差为1.01%,最低检测限为1.1mg/ms^3并对神经性毒剂沙林(GB)的干扰进行了研究。A quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) sensor coated with a thin layer of polyepichlorohydrin (PECH) was employed for determining the amount of yperite (mustard gas) in air; the determination was based on the frequency shifts due to the adsorption of mustard gas on PECH. The frequency shifts were found to be linear with mustard gas concentration within the range of 1.1 - 52.5 mg/m^3 with the correlation coefficients of above 0.99; the detection limit was 1.1 mg/m^3 vs. 3.4 mg/m^3 using the conventional GC--FPD method. The interference of GB was small. The simple and fast QCM sensor method was highly reproducible (typical RSD= 1%) and very stable (〈7 % change for up to 30 days). The QCM results were in close agreement (within 5%) with the GC--FPD measurements for low concentrations of mustard gas.
