摘　　要：科技风险是现代社会重要的风险源之一。科技知识自身、科技开发活动、科技成果的使用等方面的不确定性,是科技风险产生的内在原因;科技活动过程的社会化,科学家对科技活动的功利性追求,社会的科技化进程,是科技风险产生的基础条件。科学家的自我约束、公众监督、政府的管理和协调是对科技风险控制的基本方式。the scientific and technological risk is one of the important risk sources of modem society.
