服务型教育体系下民办高校产学研合作探讨

摘　　要：就国内外产学研合作现状看,目前我国产学研合作存在着认识不清、政策法规不健全、互动不够、合作范围和内容狭窄、合作层次低、合作形式单一等问题。对此,要转变观念,真正认识产学研合作是一个互惠互利的多赢过程,是服务型教育体系下的必然选择。同时要构建和完善政策法规体系,加强政府、民办高校、企业三方互动。Through analysis and discussion of the current situation of production, study and research collaboration home and abroad, the article indicates the problems of current production, study and research collaboration that exist in our country, which are unclear knowledge, incomprehensive policy and regulation, insufficient exchange, narrow collaboration framework and content, low level collaboration, single collaborative style, etc., thus bringing forward that through strengthening of the study and knowledge, we should realize clearly that the collaboration of production, study and research is a win-win process, a certain choice under the service-oriented education system and problem-solving strategies and measures to build and perfect strategic and regulatory system and strengthen the exchange among government, higher learning universities run by local people and enterprises.
