摘　　要：本文通过分析当前我国果蔬物流各环节中存在的问题,突出了实现果蔬物流精益化的必要性。结合我国国情,提出精益化的有效途径——果蔬物流模式的优化,以缩短流通时间、降低成本、减少浪费、实现物流增值。Through analyzing the present problems in each process of the vegetable＆fruit logistics in our country, this article emphasizes the necessarity of the vegetable＆fruit Lean-Logistics. According to the existing situation of our country, sets forth optimizing logistics model is a good method of simplifying the logistics, in order to cut the circulation time, reduce waste and cost, realize added value.
