摘　　要：随着逐渐步入市场经济体制和国有企业改革的深化,煤炭开采企业越来越重视降低成本。本文通过煤炭开采企业现有采购模式的研究,结合JIT采购的思想,对现有的“代储代销”模式加以改进和调整,同时考虑煤炭开采企业采购的特性,尝试给出具体可行的解决方案,以期达到采购环节的最优和成本的最小。With the gradual deepening reform of state-owned enterprises, more and more attention is paid to the coal mining enterprises to reduce costs. This paper improves and adjusts the procurement model with the JIT idea through analyzing the existing procurement model of ＂generation of reserve and sell＂ , taking into the procurement character of coal mining enterprise to give practical solutions to achieve optimal procurement chain.
