摘　　要：探讨了战役后勤的机动医疗分队在野战条件下布局问题。系统地分析了影响总体布局主要因素,根据布局理论提出了野战医疗所、保障旅卫生营的总体,布局要素分为医疗区、伤病员区、生活区、内部通道等,并对总体布局物流模式选择进行研究和实例分析。The article discussed the question of general layout of mobile medical team in wartime, analyzed the main influence factors systematically, and proposed that new general layout should be consisted of field medical unit, sanitation battalion of support brigade, the area of layout should be consisted of medical area, wounded area, living area, inner channel and so on. At last, it carried out some researches and case analysis of material -flow model choice of general layout.
