摘　　要：为做好应急作战卫勤准备,提高医院海上运输船医疗队的海上卫勤保障能力,医院通过定期组织医院运输船医疗队展开高强度、长时间、贴近实战训练,提高了海上适应能力,理清了海上卫勤保障的基本思路,摸索了切实可行的海上卫勤保障方法,取得了成效。To prepare for health service of emergency operations, and improve medical support ability of medical team in carrying ship at sea, the hospital carried out periodic medical support trainings which were of high strength, long time and close to actual combat. With these efforts, we have obtained obvious effects, explored some viable ways to carry out medical support, made the basic idea of medical support clear, and improved the adaptive abilities at sea of the team.
