摘　　要：简要介绍了笋玉米的来历与概念。对笋玉米如何利用突变基因做了分析,以供选用。在育种途径着重论述了无花丝种质的应用,最后阐述了笋玉米栽培要点及对笋玉米开发市场的展望。This paper gives a brief introduction of the baby corn and its history. Then the utilization of genetic mutant gene to improve the baby corn are analyzed. Among breeding method, the application of the germplasm of non-silking type on the baby corn are emphasized. Last the outline of cultivation techniques and market outlook of the baby corn are presented.
