摘  要:试验研究了氮、钾肥对甜玉米产量及品质的影响。结果表明,中氮处理的甜玉米鲜穗产量显著高于低氮和高氮处理,而施钾的3个处理鲜穗产量均显著高于无钾处理的鲜穗产量;钾肥过多会抑制甜玉米子粒中可溶性糖、淀粉及蛋白质含量的增加,氮肥中以中氮处理的可溶性糖含量和蛋白质含量为最高。氮、钾互作均不显著。The effect of nitrogen and potassiunl on grain yield and quality of sweet maize were studied in the experiment. The fresh ear yield of sweet maize in middle nitrogen treatment was higher than other two treatment markedly; and potassium could increase the fresh ear yield of sweet maize. But overabundance of potassium had negative effect in promoting the starch content, soluble sugar content and protein content, The soluble sugar content and protein content of middle nitrogen level was the highest among different nitrogen levels. But the interaction of nitrogen and potassium was not notable.
