摘 要:基于26年的长期定位试验,研究了施肥对夏玉米生理特性及产量品质的影响。结果表明,长期高量有机肥配施高量氮肥,夏玉米子粒氨基酸总量较对照增加了43.85%,必需氨基酸较对照增加了49.86%,能明显提高夏玉米子粒中丝氨酸、谷氨酸、异亮氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸、苯丙氨酸和脯氨酸的含量。夏玉米子粒氨基酸含量受施肥影响最大的是亮氨酸,其变异系数(CV)为17.13%,最小的是色氨酸,其CV为7.9%。The paper was done in the 26 years long-term fixed position experiment for to study the effects of fertilization on the physiologic characteristics and production of summer corn. the results showed that the fertilization of high-rate organic fertilizers in combination with high-rate nitrogenous fertilizers could increase the total amino acid of summer maize seed by 43.85%, and need amino acid by 49.86% than that of check, the contents of Glu., Iso., Leu., Tyr., Phe. and Pro. in the summer corn seed increased distinctly. Application the fertilizers have the most significant effect on the content of Leu. in summer maize seeds,variation coefficient of Leu variation is 17.13%, and the least effect is Try. Variation coefficient of Tyr is 7.97%.
