摘 要:以不同品种春玉米为试验材料,研究了氮肥施用量对春玉米功能叶片光合作用关键酶活性和光合速率的影响。结果表明,氮肥施用量对RuBP羧化酶活性、PEP羧化酶活性和光合速率有明显影响,不同品种的表现不尽相同,东甜4号和东农早粘以N100处理最为适宜,东农248和四单19则以N200处理较好。氮肥用量与RuBP羧化酶活性、PEP羧化酶活性呈现阶段性相关,不同品种相关程度不同。Different varieties of spring maize were used as experiment materials in the trials and the effect of application levels of nitrogen fertilizer on activity of key enzyme in photosynthesis and Pn of spring maize functional leaves was studied in it. The result showed that the effect of application levels of nitrogen fertilizer on activity of RuBPC, PEPC and Pn was signal with different varieties having different appearances. It also indicated that the best nitrotion in Dongtian No.4 and Dongnong zhaonian is at the level of N100 kg/ha, while in Dongnong 248 and Sidan 19 is at the level of N200 kg/ha. Application levels of nitrogen fertilizer correlated with RuBPC, PEPC activity and Pn, with different varieties having different correlation.
