摘　　要：本文通过从“看病难、看病贵”的现状入手,分析了“看病难、看病贵”的成因,即有政府的责任,也有卫生部门的问题,还有社会的原因。提出了解决“看病难、看病贵”的对策。In light of the current status of difficult and high cost to access medical service, the paper analyses the cause, which relates to the government, sanitation department as well as the whole society.
