摘  要:含水量为8.9%-1.2%的油菜种子,密闭包装后于50℃、35℃、20℃保存,定期检测种子生活力和活力,并计算种子贮藏寿命。结果表明,油菜种子在50℃、35℃、20℃贮藏,最适含水量分别为2.0%、3.0%和4.1%,与贮藏温度相对应的平衡相对湿度分别为6.0%、7.5%和13.5%。种子最适含水量和相对应的平衡相对湿度随着贮藏温度的降低而升高。随着贮藏温度的降低,种子寿命不断延长,由50℃降低到35℃。种子寿命延长10.1倍。在2.0%-8.9%的含水量范围内,随着种子含水量的降低,种子寿命不断廷长,每降低1%的含水量,种子寿命延长0.9倍。种子含水量与贮藏寿命成对数回归关系,关系式为Y=b+m1nX,其中“Y”为含水量(%),“b”、“m”为常数,“x”为种子寿命(d)。Rape seed with moisture content ranging from 8.9% to 1.2% were hermetic packaged and stored at 50 ℃ ,35 ℃ and 20 ℃ for 58 months. The results showed that the optimal moisture contents of rape seed stored at 50 ℃ ,35 ℃ and 20 ℃ are 2.0%, 3.0% and 4.1% respectively. The optimal equilibrium relative humidity are 6.0% ,7.5% and 13.5% respectively. The optimal moisture content and the optimal equilibrium relative humidity increase as the storage temperature decrease. Seed longevity increase as the storage temperature decrease. Seed longevity increase 10.1 times as the storage temperature decrease from 50 ℃ to 35 ℃. Seed longevity increase as the seed moisture content decrease in the ranging from 2.0% to 8.9. Seed longevity increase 0.9 times as the seed moisture content decrease 1%. There is a relationship of logarithm re- gression between seed moisture content and longevity. The Equation model is Y = b + m1nX. Where "Y" is seed moisture content (%), "b" and "m" are constant, "X" is seed longevity (d).
