脊髓栓系综合征盆底肌的电生理分析

摘  要:目的利用电生理技术,分析脊髓栓系综合征(TCS)患儿盆底肌、肛门外括约肌功能改变的特点和临床意义。方法对TCS患儿组及对照组行盆底肌、肛门外括约肌肌电图检查及阴部神经感觉传导检测。结果TCS患儿组盆底肌、肛门外括约肌波幅增加,时程延长,多相波增加,出现纤颤波、正锐波,阴茎背神经感觉传导减慢。结论盆底肌、肛门外括约肌及阴茎背神经检查对了解TCS神经损害程度、估计预后具有重要意义。Objective To analyze the electrophysiological characteristics of pelvic floor musculature and anus external sphincter of tethered cord syndrome (TCS)with electrophysiological technique. Methods Patients with tethered cord syndrome underwent pelvic floor muscules and anus external sphincter myoelectrography and pudendal nerve sensory conduction determination. Results In patients with tethered cord syndrome, The active potential amplitude in pelvic floor muscles, sphincter ani externus was increased and time duration elongated and polyphase wave was increased . Fibrilation wave, positive sharp wave appeared, conduction slow down of penis dorsal sengory nerve. Conclusions The eletrophysiologocal study may play an important role to analyze neurological damage degree in TCS and could assess prognosis.
