摘　　要：宝钢RH装备技术集成和自主创新使宝钢具备了RH装备自主技术集成、设计、制造、安装、调试、生产全方位的能力。介绍了宝钢RH装备技术从成套引进、点菜式引进、技术集成到全套装备自主设计、自主制造、开放式自主创新的历程,阐述了宝钢RH装备每个阶段的设备分交方式、主要技术参数、技术特点及技术进步,并对多功能顶枪功能、真空泵系统结构能力和环流量选择原则进行了详细论述,最后对RH装备工程应用和装备技术的发展趋势提出了一些看法。Technical integration and independent innovation of Baosteel＇ s RH unit enabled Baosteel to acquire an all-round ability of independent technical integration, design, manufacture, erection, commissioning and production of RH unit. In this paper, an introduction is given on the course of Baosteel＇ s RH unit construction from the import of complete sets of equipment, then selective import and technical integration to self-design, self-manufacture, open-type independent innovation. Separate delivery of the RH unit at each stage, main technical parameters, technical progress, as well as multi-functional top lance, vacuum pump＇ s structure and capacity, and the principle for selecting molten steel circumference rate have been discussed in detail. And finally opinions on development trend of the RH unit application and equipment technology are given.
