摘 要:随着城市化进展不断加快,汽车普及率持续提高,城市道路交通的矛盾也日益加剧。由于城市可供修建道路的空间有限,因此仅靠加大基础交通设施的投入已不能缓解日益严重的交通问题。利用信息技术,向公众提供实时的交通信息,供出行者参考以选择合适的出行线路,从而提高路网的通行能力,成为缓解交通拥堵的一个重要手段。介绍的实时交通信息服务系统,通过采集实时的交通信息,融合处理后向公众发布,将有效地提高路网的通行能力。With the accelerated development of urbanization and continuous rise in car popularity rate, the urban road traffic becomes tenser and tenser. As space for building roads in cities is very limited, the increasingly serious traffic congestion can' t be solved only by investing more money in infrastructure. It is an important way to relieve the traffic tension by improving the passing ability of the road. With the help of the information technology, this goal can be achieved by providing real-time traffic information for the public to select the right route before going out. The real- time traffic information service system collects real- time traffic information, and then issues it to the public after it has been treated. The system can certainly improve the passing ability of the road.
