摘  要:宝钢4高炉在设计过程中,吸收以往的经验,跟踪国际大型高炉先进技术和发展趋势,采用了许多新技术,主要有紧凑的总图布局、串罐式无料钟炉顶、炉缸耐材的选择、冷却壁、炉身冷却系统、国内集成的喷煤技术、热风炉技术、新英巴法转鼓水渣处理工艺、环缝洗涤煤气系统、平坦化出铁场系统等新型实用技术。论述了这些新技术及其设计原理和技术特点,从而为今后大型高炉的设计提供参考意见。In the design process of Baosteel No, 4 blast furnace, experience in the past has been adopted, advanced technologies and development trend of the large scale blast furnace in the world have been traced and a lot of new technologies have been used, including the compact layout, serial type bell-less top with a central charging hopper, choice of refractory materials for the hearth, cooling stave, cooling system of the stack, integrated coal injection technology, hot stove technology, the system of slag treatment and gas cleaning, the flat field of tap-hole, etc, At the same time, principles for the design and characteristics of the new technologies are discussed, which will be helpful for the future design of large scale blast furnaces.
