摘  要:采用一臂多晶体的差接桥型电路,通过合理的晶体设计及展宽线圈方法,解决了中等带宽单边带滤波器通带调平的问题,研制出了具有12KHz带宽且载频边衰减陡峭的2.45MHz分立式上边带晶体滤波器。该产品在-40℃^+85℃环境温度范围工作时,带内波动≤2dB,载频抑制接近80dB,矩形系数≤1.2,插入损耗≤2dB。By adopting the two stage bridge mode circuit net with each bridge arming with multichip resonator and using the method of rational crystal design and spread coil, the problem of flatting the pass band top has been resolved for middle band width of sing side band mode filter; and discrete top side band mode filter of 2.45MHz whose bandwidth is 12 kHz has been designed. When this kind of productions are working in the operation temperature range of -40 ℃- +85℃, the suppressed cartier frequency approaches 80 dB, the rectangle coefficient is not larger than 1.2, and the band fluctuation and insertion loss are all less than 2 dB.
