摘 要:目的探讨早期肾脏损害的实验诊断方法和意义。方法回顾32例正常人和52例尿蛋白阴性、血清尿素、肌酐正常的患者晨尿微量白蛋白(MA)及N-乙酰--βD-氨基酸葡萄糖苷酶(NAG)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、亮氨酸氨肽酶(LAP)等尿酶测定结果。结果病例组MA、NAG、ALP、LAP与正常组相比增高有显著性差异,两项或多项指标联合检测可提高阳性检出率。结论尿MA、NAG、ALP、LAP是诊断肾脏早期损害灵敏的实验室指标,联合检测可提高诊断的灵敏度。Objective To study on laboratory diagnosis for eary renal damage. Methods Urinary Microalbumin(MA). N-acetyl-β-D-glucosaminidase(NAG). Alkaline phosphatase(ALP) and leucine aminopeptidase(LAP) were analyzed retrospectively in 32 norreal volunteers(Contral group)and 52 patients of urinary albumin negative with acute pancreatitis, nephrotic syndrome, acute nephritis, nephrosclerosis or diabetes( Case group). Results MA. NAG and ALP in contral group were higher than in case group( P 〈 0.01 ) ; Detenning two or three items together would improve the positive rate of examination. Conclusion MA, NAG, ALP and LAP were senstive to determine in early renal damage, Combined determing may improve the senstivity of diagnosis.
