摘 要:目的研究立体视图镜在颞骨解剖教学中的应用价值。方法对5个尸头标本进行颞骨解剖,对重要解剖结构拍摄具有一定视角差的图组,采用AdobePhotoshop7.0图片处理软件将其处理及合成为立体图片,由30名具有不同程度颞骨解剖知识的评估人员观察平面图和利用立体视图镜观察立体图并进行比较。结果制作的55张立体解剖图片均能产生清晰的立体视觉,在对平面图解剖结构的层次关系判断上本专业高、低年资医生及非本专业成员的准确和较准确级别分别达到100%、60%、25%,在对立体图的层次关系判断上均达到100%。结论将立体视图镜运用于颞骨解剖有利于提高人们对颞骨细微解剖结构层次关系的认知度,是一种简便、有效地学习和掌握颞骨解剖知识的方法。Objective To study the application of three dimensional view fixtures in teaching of the temporal bone anatomy. Methods Five temporal bone samples were dissected and photographs with important structures were taken from different visual angles, then dealed with Adobe Photoshop 7.0 to form 55 three dimensional pictures. Thirty people with different degree of knowledge about the anatomy of temporal bones were asked to observe plan view images and stereograms with a three dimensional view fixture, and then the results were compared with each other. Results All of the 55 stereograms could achieve a clear three dimensional view. Senior surgeons, young surgeons and non-professional people were asked respectively to give their judgement. The results showed that the accurate rate by watching plan view images was 100%, 60%, 25%, respectively, while with the aid of a three dimensional view fixture the rate was all up to 100%. Coclusion Three dimensional view fixture can help people distinguish the anatomical details in various layers. It is a simple and effective tool in gaining knowledge of temporal bone anatomy.
