前列泰片治疗慢性前列腺炎的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察前列泰片对实验性前列腺炎病理模型的影响。方法应用消痔灵注射前列腺法建立前列腺炎症的动物模型,将SD大鼠随机分为前列泰片高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照组、阴性对照组及假手术组,根据炎症的轻重进行病理分级,并给予相应积分。结果前列泰片高、中、低剂量组及阳性对照组的前列腺炎症积分分别为0．727±1．679、1．167±1．801、2±2．216、2．583±3．204,与阴性对照组(4．636±2．378)比较差别有显著性意义(P<0．01、P<0．01、P<0．05、P<0．05)。结论前列泰片对实验性前列腺炎有显著的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Qian Lietai tablets on experimental prostatitis pathological model. Methods Experimental chronic prostatitis was established by intra-prostate injection of Xiao zhilin. Rats were randomized into high dose, medium dose, low dose of Qian Lietai tablets, positive control group, negative control group to be divided. The score was established based on pathological degree according to severity of inflammation. Results The prostate inflammatory score of high, medium, low dose of Qian Lietai tablets and positive control group were 0.727±1.679, 1.167±1.801, 2±2.216, 2.583±3.204, respectively, there are significant difference between treatment groups and negative control group 4.636±2. 378 （P〈0.01, P〈0.01, P〈0.05, P〈0.05）. Condusion Qian Lietai tablets are effective to treat experimental chronic prostatitis.
