摘　　要：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)患者由于气道异常和全身病理生理改变,使麻醉及其管理难度增大。麻醉处理除因解剖因素引起气管插管困难,对镇静药及麻醉性镇痛药非常敏感外,还应掌握术前的评估、准备,术中、术后的特殊处理。OSAS is much hard for the patient with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome to be anesthetized and maintain anaesthesia owing to its abnormal air passage and the general pathophysiologic changes. Besides the difficult tracheal intubation and sensitiveness to sedatives and narcotic analgesic,anaesthesia should be paid enough attention in preoperative evaluation, preparation, and special treatment.
