股骨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁部C型骨折

摘　　要：目的探讨股骨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁部C型骨折的方法和疗效。方法应用股骨逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁部C型骨折47例:C1型19例,C2型22例,C3型6例。结果47例随防6～48个月,平均20个月,骨折均愈合,平均愈合时间18周。根据Neer膝关节功能评分标准:优23例,良14例,可8例,差2例,优良率77.72%。结论股骨逆行交锁髓内钉是治疗股骨髁部C1、C2型骨折较理想手术方法,但对C3型骨折疗效欠满意。Objective To explore the methods and effects of surpracondylar femur type C fracture treated with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail. Methods 47 acute surpracondylar femur fracture were treated with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nails. According to AO/ASIF classification system,there were 19 cases of type CI ,22 type C2,6 type C3.47 cases were treated with open technique. Results The follow-up period ranged from 6 to 48 months, and the mean follow-up was 20 months. All fractures were healed,and the mean union time was 18 weeks. According to Neer＇s knee rating scale ,the results were excellent in 23 cases,good in 14 ,fair in 8 and poor in 2 ,and the excellent and good rate was 77.72%. Conclusions It＇s an ideal method to treat surpracondylar femur fracture（ type C 1, C2） with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail,but it is not as effective for type C3 fracture.
