摘  要:目的探讨ATP和甲钴胺联合使用对周围神经端侧吻合后神经侧芽的生长和远端神经再生的影响。方法选用雌性SD大鼠60只,根据注射药物的不同,随机分为A、B、C、D、E5组,每组12只;再根据检测时间的不同,每组分为6、12周2个亚组。各组大鼠均行周围神经端侧吻合术,术后当日按组分别腹腔注射下列药物:A组:ATP和甲钴胺;B组:生理盐水;C组:ATP;D组:甲钴胺;E组:神经生长因子。所有药物注射4周。5组大鼠分别于术后6、12周各取其对应亚组进行步态分析、神经电生理、组织学和形态定量学检测。结果周围神经端侧吻合后,各组动物腓总神经均有一定程度再生,A组和B、C、D组相比,神经再生质量较好,和E组相比,神经再生质量较差,且差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论ATP和甲钴胺联合使用可以促进端侧吻合后神经侧芽生长及远段神经的再生和功能恢复,两种药物联用的效果优于单一用药的效果,但不如神经生长因子的效果。Objective To evaluate the effect of co-application of ATP and mecobalamine on promoting peripheral nerve collateral growth and nerve regeneration after terminolateral neurorrhaphy (TLN). Methods Sixty female SD rats were randomly divided into five groups by different drugs they were administrated: group A, B, C, D and E. Every. group was subdivided into two groups respectively, six and twelve weeks group. In every group, peripheral nerve was performed end-to-side anastomosis. At the same day after operation, all groups was intraperitoneally injected the following difference drugs: group A: ATP and mecobalamine, group B: sodium chloride, group C: ATP, group D: mecobalamine, group E: nerve growth factor ( NGF ) respectively. All the drugs were injected continually for four weeks. Gait analyses, electrophysiological, histolgicial, morphological examinations were measured at 6 and 12 week after the operation. Results Regeneration of peroneal nerve occurred in every groups. Compared with the group B, C and D, the quality of regeneration of peroneal of group A is better, but compared with group E, that of the group A is worse. And the difference is significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions The co-application of ATP and mecobalamine can promote the growth of lateral bud, regeneration and functional recovery of the distal segment nerve. Furthermore, the effect of co-application of two drugs surpasses to that of single drug, but inferior to the effect of NGF.
