摘  要:目的探讨新型趋化因子CKLFSF8对人白血病细胞株增殖的影响。方法RT-PCR检测CKLFSF8基因在细胞株K562中的表达;利用脂质体将CKLFSF8转染K562;倒置显微镜观察细胞生长,MTT法检测CKLFSF8基因转染前后肿瘤细胞增殖的变化。结果细胞生长过程中可测到CKLFSF8表达;CKLFSF8转染对K562的增殖有抑制作用,与空白对照组和空质粒组有显著性差异(P<0.05);结论CKLFSF8基因转染对人白血病细胞株K562的增殖有明显抑制作用,可望在肿瘤治疗中发挥重要作用。Objective To cells. Methods Expression was transfeeted into the cell in proliferation was determined by investigate the effect of a novel chemokine CKLFSF8 of CKLFSF8 mRNA on K562 cell line was assayed the way of lipid, and the cell growth was observed MTF assay. Results CKLFSF8 was expressed in on cell proliferation of tumor by RT-PCR. The target gene by inverted microscope. Cell K562. After transfeetion, cell proliferation was inhibited( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The result shows that cell proliferation can be inhibited by transfection of CKLFSFS. The novel chemokine may have a bright prospect in tumor therapy.
