摘  要:目的调查民航飞行学生血压水平及分类情况,探讨引起飞行学生血压升高的危险因素。方法采用整体抽样方法,对飞行学院483名飞行学生测量血压、心率、体重、腹围及血脂、血糖,并辅以问卷调查。数据处理采用方差分析及Logistic回归分析方法。结果本组飞行学生血压水平为(113.97±11.94)mm Hg/(70.70±7.79)mm Hg,高血压患病率2.69%。危险因素与各血压分组对照分析发现,血压分组与心率、体重指数(BMI)、腹围(WC)之间有显著相关性(P<0.01),而与血脂、血糖之间无明显相关性(P>0.05)。根据多因素Logistic回归分析,飞行学生高血压危险因素包括吸烟、WC≥80 cm及缺乏锻炼,其优势比值以缺乏锻炼最高(6.04)。结论缺乏体育锻炼、WC≥80 cm及吸烟是飞行学生血压升高的主要危险因素。建议把飞行学生中血压正常高值者作为高血压重点防治人群,对他们实施健康教育及定期监测。Objective To investigate the blood pressure(BP) level and different BP group distribution in civil aviation flight students and the risk factors of hypertension. Methods Four hundred and eighty three flight students studying in Civil Aviation Flight University served as subjects. BP, heart rate, body weight, waist eireumferenee(WC), blood lipid and blood sugar levels were examined, and their answers to designed questionnaire were collected. Data were processed with Variance analysis and Logistic regression analysis. Results BP level of their group of subjects was (113.97±11.94) mm Hg/(70. 70±7.79) mm Hg and morbidity rate of hypertension was 2.69%. The differences of heart rate, body mass index (]3MI) and WC among normal BP group, normal higher BP and hypertension group were significant (P〈0.01). The differences of blood lipid and blood glucose levels in different BP groups were non-significant (P〉0.05). According multi-factor Logistic regression analysis, the risk factors of hypertension were smoking, WC≥80 cm, and lacking of exercise. The highest odd ratio was lacking of exercise (6.04). Conclusion The main risk factors leading to hypertension was lacking of exercise, WC≥80 cm, and smoking. Among flight students special attention should be paid to those with higher normal BP (systolic blood pressure: 120- 139 mm Hg and/or diastolic blood pressure: 80-89 mm Hg), education should be enhanced and periodic physical check-up should be taken.
