对贵州中小型企业跨国经营的思考

摘　　要：传统上国际商务一直被认为是大公司垄断的舞台。但随着经济全球化的深入发展,越来越多的中小型企业活跃在国际市场,人们逐渐认识到中小型企业开展国际化经营的独特竞争优势。作为地处西部欠发达地区的贵州中小企业,面临着国内外市场竞争的压力,只有利用所拥有的丰富劳动力资源和自然资源,通过行之有效的跨国经营,将自己的比较优势转化为竞争优势,才能达到改造自身传统产业、提升完善产业结构、实现贵州经济跨越式发展的最终目标。Traditionally, international business has been regarded as an arena dominated by big corporations. With deepening economic integration, however, more and more small and medium-sized enterprises （SMEs） have emerged on the international market and people have realized their unique competitive advantage in transnational operations. Confronted with competition on the domestic and international market, SMEs from Guizhou, located in less-developed western area, must make full use of its rich labor resources and natural resources, and transform their comparative advantage into competitive advantage through effective transnational operations. Only in this way, can they transform traditional industries, upgrade industrial structure and attain the ultimate goal of achieving leapfrog development in Guizhou.
