摘  要:冷辗扩机工作时机架的变形,使主动测量产生误差,为确定这种误差而进行分析。选取3种轧制规程,用三维有限单元法对预紧机架进行了动力仿真,并进行了分析和比较。结果表明:工件基点位移在初辗和终辗阶段变化大,在主辗阶段相对稳定,计算得出了工件基点的变形刚度;机架上测量基准点与工件基点存在相对位移,其变化曲线显示了动态变形引起的误差,轧制规程不同时动态误差不同。分析结果用来进行动态误差补偿和控制、机床工艺参数调整设置,提高冷辗扩加工的尺寸精度。The housing deformation causes measurement error in cold ring roiling. In order to ascertain the error, an analysis on the dynamic housing deformation is needed. Three roiling schedules were selected, dynamic simulations on the preloaded housing of cold ring roiling mill were proceeded with 3D finite element method, the results were compared. The results show: the displacement of datum mark of the part greatly changes in initial and final roiling stage, while relatively steady in middle rolling stage, the rigidity of the datum mark was figured out; The relative displacements exist between the datum mark and reference points of measurement, it reveals the dynamic error, and the error is varied with different rolling schedules. The results would be used to control and compensate for the errors, and regutate the parameters of the mill, so as to improve tee machining precision of cold ring rolling.
