摘 要:针对四风道煤粉燃烧器的特点,应用数值仿真与现场测试相结合的方法,研究不同粒径的烟煤和无烟煤燃烧对回转窑内温度场的影响,找出适应烟煤和无烟煤的合适的粒径。结果表明,四风道燃烧器对燃料的适应性强,既可以烧烟煤,又可烧无烟煤,且对煤粉的粒径要求也较松。燃料为无烟煤,粒径为30μm时,可获得较好的活泼型火焰,随着粒径的增大,高温区域在径向和轴向逐渐减小,燃烧效率降低;燃料为烟煤,粒径为86.4μm时,可获得较理想的火焰,而粒径过小,则使火焰变长,不利于强化生产。生产中可根据不同煤种选用不同的粒径大小得到窑内理想的温度分布。To improve muiti-channel pulverized coal burners, the effect of volatiles and size of coal on the temperature of a rotary kiln with 4-air channel burner was studied numerically and on-site experimentally. Results showed that, both bituminous coal and anthracite coal could be used as fuel for this kind of four-air channel coal burner. For bituminous, when the mean size was 30μm, ideal flame could be obtained. High zemperature zone would be narrow both in radial and axial directions with size increasing, and combustion efficiency would decrease too. For anthracite coal, when the average diameter was 86.4μm, temperature profile in kiln was rational. Flame would be longer when the diameter decreases which was not suit for intensive production. Appropriate temperature profile could be obtaained by selecting coal size according to various coal.
