摘　　要：目的：观察蒙药内服法治疗药流后恶露不绝的临床疗效．方法：选择我院诊治的药流后恶露不绝患者31例，用蒙药六味大黄散2次／日，3g／每次，2周为1疗程，结果：用药1～3d后，症状明显改善，7d后恶露基本排尽．31例中治愈23例，好转8例，结论：该方剂性温，为妇科血症及赫依症专方．具有促进子宫收缩、活血化瘀的功能，可用于药物流产后恶露不绝的治疗．Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Mongolian medicine by oral medication treating Lochiorrhea after drug abortion. Methods： The 31 patients were treated with Mongolian medicine Liuwei Dahuang San, twice a day, 3 g every time, for 2 weeks. Results： 1 - 3 days after treatment, all patients＇ symptoms were improved and lochia was almost exhausted after 7 days. 23 of 31 cares were cured and 7 cases got better. Conclusion： This recipe is warm in nature. It can promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and contains many kinds of vitamins, so it can nourish the body and correct abnormality of electrolyte balance at the same time. It also can promote uterine contraction to be conducive to the depletion of blood.
