新利尿合剂治疗慢性肾功能不全临床研究

摘　　要：目的：应用新利尿合剂，即联合应用血管扩张剂及速尿治疗慢性肾功能不全，观察其疗效。方法：治疗组用5％葡萄糖或0．9％氯化钠250ml，多巴胺20mg，酚妥拉明20mg，静点，每分钟20～25滴，点滴完立即静注25％葡萄糖或0．9％氯化钠20ml加速尿40～200mg，每日1次，7d观察效果．对照组：除多巴胺，酚妥拉明不用外，其他治疗方法同治疗组．结果：治疗组20例，显效4例（20％），有效14例（70％），无效2例（10％），总有效率90％．对照组20例，显效1例（5％），有效10例（50％），无效9例（45％），总有效率55％．两组总有效率有明显差异，P〈0．05．结论：新利尿合剂治疗慢性肾功能不全，是有近期疗效的，肾功能改善，尿量增加，无明显不良反应，临床可以应用．Objective：To observate the curative effect of kaino- diureses composition in treatment chronic renal insufficiency （CRI）. Method ： Dihydroxyphenyl ethylamine 20 mg, phentolamin 20 mg added in to Glucose（0.5 % ） or .sodium chloride gave by intravenous dripx. After it beronald 40 -200 mg added into glucose（25 % ） or sodium chloride （0.9%） gave by iv. immediately once a day for 7 days. Result：Among 20 cases of treatment group curative effect of 4 cases is obvions,of 14 cases effective,of 2 caese ineffective. The total cure rate is 90%. The treatment of 20 cases of control group is same as treatment group except withont dihydroxyphenyl ethylamin and phento- lamin, of 1 case obvious,of 10 cases effctivt,of 9 cases ineffective among them. The total cure rate is 55%. There is significant difference of the total cura rate between the two groups（p（0.05）. eonelusion：Kaino- diureses composition has curative effect in curing chronic renal insufficiency.
