摘　　要：描述一种外部费用估算方法———ExternE方法,并应用ExternE项目研究结果,估算4MW生物质气化联合循环发电系统的外部费用.本系统的外部费用远低于采用传统化石燃料的发电技术外部费用,如果将外部费用内部化,相信会增强生物质气化发电系统的市场竞争力.The external costs of4MW Biomass Integrated Gasification Power Generating System（BIGPGS） ,which is under construction in China, are evaluated using ExtemE Methodology. The extemal costs of the BIGPGS are considerably lower than those of conventional fossil fuels power generating technologies. It is believed that internalization of the costs wiU improve the competitiveness of BIGPGS.
