摘 要:目的研究青岛胶州湾海洋放线菌的资源与分布,考察其抗菌活性和应用潜力。方法梯度稀释与划线法分离菌株,并利用牛津杯法和纸片法测定其抗菌活性。结果从胶州湾沿岸分离海洋放线菌516株,两种方法确定的具有抗菌活性的菌株比例分别为22.3%和50.0%。结论青岛胶州湾河流入海口可能是海洋放线菌资源富集的区域;纸片法用于胶州湾海洋放线菌抗菌活性筛选效果较好;筛选结果显示胶州湾海洋放线菌具有良好的开发应用潜力。Objective To study the distribution and antimicrobial activity of marine actinomycetes from Jiaozhou Bay and to estimate its application potentials. Methods The strains were isolated using gradient dilution and streak plate techniques and the activity was determined by Oxford cup method and paper disk method. Results 516 strains of marine actinomycetes were isolated from various places along Jiaozhou Bay; The rates of active strains determined by both methods were 22.3% and 50.0%, respectively. Conclusion The estuary was rich in marine actinomycetes resources; paper disk method was a better method in screening active strains of marine actinomycetes. The results good exploitability of the marine actinomycets from both determination methods showed a from Jiaozhou Bay.
