摘  要:在武汉自然条件下,于2003年和2004年连续2a观察810S、M102S、ID24、M23S和M61S5个温敏核不育系稻蔸再生苗的花粉育性变化,结合观察期的温度变化进行育性稳定性、育性对温度的敏感时期以及育性转换临界温度的分析。结果表明,M23S和M102S的育性最稳定,810S和M102S的育性转换敏感期分别在其抽穗前的13~5d和10~7d,育性转换临界温度分别为24.7℃和24.0℃;ID24、M23S和M61S的育性转换敏感期分别在其抽穗前的19~10d、24~8d和16~0d,育性转换临界温度分别24.6℃、23.7℃和25.9℃。Pollen fertility of 5 Thermo-sensitive Genic Male-sterile Rice Lines, 810S,M102S, ID24, M23S,M61S were observed under natural conditions in Wuhan in 2003 and 2004. Fertility stability, temperature sensitive periods and critical point temperature of fertility alteration were combined with temperature during observing periods. The results showed that stable sterile periods of M23S and M102S was longer than that of the other 3 sterile lines. The sensitive stage of 810S and M102S were 13~5 d and 10~7 d before heading with the critical point temperature were 24. 7 ℃ and 24. 0 ℃, respectively. The sensitive stage of ID24,M23S and M61S were 19~10 d, 4~8 d and 16~0 d before heading with the critical point of temperatures were 24. 6℃ ,23. 7 ℃ and 25. 9 ℃ ,respectively.
