摘 要:在相同的接种水平下,以烟草品种K326、红花大金元为供试寄主,用SAS软件,对坏死百分率、相对根结指数、相对卵块指数、株高、根长、地上部分重等6个指标进行聚类,分析不同或相似生态条件下,4种常见根结线虫中34个群体的致病性。结果表明,4种常见根结线虫的34个群体,无论对抗性寄主K326,还是感病寄主红花大金元,其致病性都能基本按种(species)划分,种间致病性存在差异;在抗性寄主上,不同来源的同种或同一小种,其致病性表现基本一致,能聚为同一相似组;在感病寄主上,除北方根结线虫外,其它3种根结线虫的致病性相近,这种归类不够明显。常见根结线虫的致病性受地理分布、生态环境、寄主类型等的影响较小。Under the same eggs inoculation levels, and using such index as root decay, relatively gall index, relatively eggs mass index, shoot height, root length and shoot weight, the pathogenicity for 34 Meloidogyne populations from different areas in 11 provinces(municipalities) in China to the tobacco cultivars K326 and Honghua Dajinyuan(HD) were clustered by SAS. The results showed that the pathogenicity of inter-species for 34 populations of four common root-knot nematodes is different both in resistant cultivars K326 to M. incognita race 1 and race 3 and susceptible cultivars HD to four common root-knot nematodes. To the resistane host cultivars K326, the reaction of pathogenicity of the same species,such as M. javanica and M. hapla or same race,such as M. incognita race 1 and M. arenaria race 2,was nearly identical and could gathered to a cluster group. To susceptibly host cultivars HD, except the M. hapla, the pathogenicity of other 3 species is very close. The pathogenicity of common rootknot nematodes was less infucenced by,bio-condition and host types.
