摘　　要：政府的行政管理活动大多由公共政策来推动,如何利用良好的公共政策应对出现的危机是政府危机管理的重要内容;对突发性危机的解决和管理来源于运行高效、配合紧密的危机管理机制,所以有必要研究危机管理中公共政策的制定。文章分析了处理公共危机时现行政策制定系统存在的问题,对危机管理中公共政策制定的路径进行了探讨。Public policy mostly promotes government administrative management. It is an important content of government crisis administration on how to utilize good public policy to cope with emergent crisis, Moving efficiently and cooperating closely crisis administration mechanism can resolve emergent crisis, It is necessary that public policy formulation on the crisis administration should be studied. This paper not only analyses the existing problems of current policy formulation on dealing with public crisis, but also probes into its means on crisis administration.
