摘　　要：文章采用实证研究的方法,根据城市重大突发事件的模拟扩散过程提出了其概念,并分析了整个突发事件扩散路径,得出了城市重大突发事件的扩散方式、扩散周期特征、影响城市重大突发事件扩散的主要因素及抑散对策,最后对城市重大突发事件预警管理模式的构建提出了可操作性建议。According to the city significant thunderbolt diffusion process, this paper firstly analyzed the proliferation way of city significant thunderbolt, and then obtained the way of the city significant thunderbolt proliferation, the proliferation stage and the characteristic, the primary factors which influence significant thunderbolt proliferation and damps disperses. In the end, this paper puts forward some feasible proposals which are contributed to construct the forewarning management pattern of the city significant thunderbolt.
