经导管封堵术治疗室间隔缺损的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:研究Am p latzer封堵器治疗先心病室间隔缺损(V SD)的疗效和安全性。方法:对52例V SD患者进行Am p latzer封堵器V SD封堵治疗,观察手术疗效及术后随访情况。结果:52例中47例封堵成功,成功率90.4%,5例失败,5例有程度不等的并发症,近、中期随访未见不良影响。结论:Am p latzer封堵器治疗先心病V SD有效、安全。Objective： To evaluate tbe efficacy and safe of transcatheter closure of ventricular septal defect （VSD） with Amplatzer VSD occluder device. Methods ：The VSD of 52 VSD cases were occluded with Amplatzer VSD occluder devices, the effectiveness in operation and post-operations were observed. Results ： The success rate of operation by occluded was 90. 4% （47/52）; 5 patients were unsuccessful and 5 patients had mild complications for closure of occluder device. No complaint was found after the operations. Conclusion： It is safe and effective in treating VSD using Amplatzer VSD occluder device.
