摘　　要：目的研究复方替硝唑栓剂对家兔的毒性作用。方法对家兔分别采用单次及多次阴道给药,进行急性毒性和刺激性试验,观察其全身状态有无异常及阴道组织有无充血、红肿等。结果家兔给药前后全身状态无明显变化,刺激反应评分为0。结论复方替硝唑栓剂对家兔安全、无刺激性。Objective To study the toxic effects of compound tinidazole suppository on domestic rabbits. Methods Compound tinidazole suppository were given to the domestic rabbits through vagina as single-dose and multi-doses respectively,on which acute toxic and irrilating tests were conducted. The general condition of the rabbits were observed to see if there was any abnormality or the occurrence of erythema or edema in the vagina tissues. Results There was no significant difference in the state of the domestic rabbits after treatment and its stimulus responses score was 0 point. Conclusion Compound tinidazole suppository are safe and no irritating for the domestic rabbits.
