鼻渊舒口服液治疗儿童慢性鼻、鼻窦炎800例

摘　　要：目的观察鼻渊舒口服液治疗儿童慢性鼻、鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法1568例3～10岁慢性鼻、鼻窦炎患儿连续使用鼻渊舒口服液2周,随访3个月。结果治疗组800例中481例痊愈,279例显效,35例有效,5例无效,有效率99.38%;对照组(未口服鼻渊舒)768例中275例痊愈,320例显效,99例有效,74例无效,有效率90.36%。两组比较,P<0.05。结论鼻渊舒口服液对儿童慢性鼻、鼻窦炎有良好疗效。Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Biyuanshu oral liquid on chronic paranasal sinusitis in children. Methods Continuous Biyuanshu oral liquid were employed in 1 568 cases of children＇ s chronic paranasal sinusitis from 3- 10 years old for 14 d, followed-up survey were 3 months. Results Of 800 cases,481 were cured,279 were significantly effective,35 were effective and 5 were failed,the effective rate was 99% in Biyuanshu oral liquid group. On the contrary,of 768 cases,275 were cured,320 were significantly effective,99 were effective and 74 were failed,the effective rate was 90.36% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Biyuanshu oral liquid has significant efficiency for the treatment of chronic paranasal sinusitis in children.
