摘  要:采用实验与经验总结相结合的方法,论述并验证了优秀男子链球运动员技术与身体训练的方法,即掌握正确的技术动作,对提高运动成绩起着关键性作用;发展速度,对提高专项成绩起着决定性作用;专项力量是提高专项成绩的基础;训练方法必须随运动员训练水平的提高不断更新;注重“重复训练法”。By experiments and experience summary,the authors expound and verify the methods of techniques and physical fitness training for elite male hammer throwers. They find that to grasp the correct technical movements is the key to improving the performance; to develop the velocity is the decisive function to improving the result of the individual event ; the special strength is the basis for increasing the result of the individual event; the training method should be renewed with the increasing training level of throwers. They also point out that the 'method of repetition training' should be paid attention to.
